Maksym is an attorney-at-law and partner at Quantum Attorneys. He advises international and domestic clients on M&A, joint ventures and private or venture equity matters with reference to Ukraine. Maksym has extensive experience in all kinds of corporate transactions including investment and corporate restructuring projects, corporate relations structuring, acquisition and transfer of assets. He acts for clients in sectors as varied as banking eenergy and retail but the majority of his work is in the innovation sector, where he frequently advises on corporate structuring, funds, corporate governance, compliance and fundraising matters.
