Volodymyr Vorobiov is an expert in international investment and financial law, legal regulation of innovative financial and blockchain technology sectors. Dedicates himself to legal support of start-ups and investment transactions in FinTech and blockchain industry. His experience encompasses structuring and support of equity investments, private sales, public token sales and ICOs, developing strategies and facilitating the entry of FinTech services providers and decentralized online services to the market. Performs legal due diligence of FinTech projects in terms of compliance with legal requirements and prescriptions of market regulators (in the field of securities, banking, etc.), advises on KYC/AML/CFT issues in the innovation sphere.
